CASE STUDIES

LOCKHEAD MARTIN - ASIA PACIFIC

Lockheed Martin engaged The Workforce Planning Institute to deliver a combined version of our Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) and Enterprise Capability Mapping (ECM) courses over three days. LMA were particularly interested in understanding how and where their current planning software could be integrated with the training course so the program was adjusted to identify the potential touch points between the training course and the way their workforce planning software was being used.

UNITED STATE NAVY

The US Navy (USW Systems Department) engaged Nick and Patrick from WPI to deliver the 2-day SWP program to a delegation combined of business, HR And workforce planning stakeholders. Critical to the success of the program was to engage a diverse stakeholder group over an approach and methodology which could be customized and implemented moving forward. The program enabled critical groups to come together, learn, and identify key challenges and opportunities amidst a complex strategic workforce planning climate.

NATWEST

NatWest engaged The Workforce Planning Institute to deliver the 2-day training program including the SWP Game to a combination of workforce planning, HR and business stakeholders on site, at their premises. Our clients reported a rewarding and highly informative couple of days which both helped build SWP awareness and capability but also bought various areas of the business to the table to share key issues and challenges as well as identify approaches. NatWest found the WPI approach and methodology to be simple, effective and easy to follow.
